Ideally, “health is wealth” though people do say wealth is health, but that is not realistic in nature because in the absence of good health, wealth means nothing. Following the research and historical trend, the word health has evolved over time. The definition of health focuses on the body ability and function, i.e. the normal state and function of the body system can be disrupted by certain disease.

As of recent, the world health organization (WHO) brought out a new conception in respect to the definition of health. The conception defines health as the complete state of physical, mental, and social well-being of human, i.e. health is not only limited to the absence of strength and disease but also entails the self being of human in response to the physical and mental state of his/her body system.

‘Your health is wealth’, it has to do with the basic understanding on how your body works. Your health controls the totality of your well-being in life, irrespective of the position, wealth, rank, and recommendation; you must strive to ascertain betterment in health for a peaceful living. Been healthy is really important and it should be your priority in life. For you to live a healthy life a ritualistic relationship must occur between you and your total planetary biodiversity, this is because we don’t just exist in a geographical environment, we live an interdependent life with our physical environment.

General impact of good health

Healthy habit generally refers to any behavior that improves your physiological and emotional health. Practicing good healthy habits tend to improve your overall well-being and make you feel good. Although, healthy habits such as eating well, exercising and abstaining from harmful substances might be difficult to develop and practice, you need to make sacrifice for the betterment of your health. The healthy life style includes;

  • Improvement of the longevity of life: good health habits will definitely boost your chance to live longer in life. For example, walking for 30minute everyday will reduce the chance of dying prematurely. This might not be easy in the beginning so probably you should start walking 4-5minute, and extend it as times passes.
  • Boosting your energy: nothing compares with good health; it should be your first priority in life. Consuming a lot of unhealthy food definitely leads to lethargic feeling, but eating food that provides the body with all the vitamins it needs (such as low-fat dairy product, lean mean, grains food, fruit and vegetables) will give you the appropriate energy you should have.
  • Fighting diseases: working out helps you to prevent certain disastrous diseases. Regular physical activities and proper diet will definitely prevent health abnormalities such as heart attack, high blood pressure and stroke.
  • Improving mood: every single working system in your body has its own effect on your health. By taking care of your body, you are going to have a positive impact to your mind as well. According to the research trend, physical activities stimulate the production of endorphins. Endorphins are basically brained chemicals that make you feel happier and more relaxed.

Healthy tips


The “good” health condition does not show up itself, except you work on it. There are tips which will actually help. Some of them are the following;

  • Avoid eating a lot of sugar.
  • Stay away from processed junk food.
  • Try to have enough sleep.
  • Avoid bright light before sleep.
  • Eat vegetables and fruits.
  • Try to eat enough proteins.
  • Regular aerobic exercise.
  • Stay away from hard drugs.
  • Stay away from added sugar.
  • Avoid artificial Trans-fat.
  • Eat eggs and don’t ignore the yolk.


To conclude, all those healthy tips are extremely significant; they will definitely help you and provide you with conformity as far as your health in concern.
